A: Make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is on and near the scooter, open the “Go Navee” APP, click on the search below the phone screen, then click on the searched name to log in to the APP.

Q: What is the battery life of the NAVEE scooter N65?

A: After 500 cycles of charging and discharging, the battery capacity should not be less than 80% of the rated capacity. In order to extend life of the battery, it is recommended to charge it when the battery is about 10% remaining to avoid over-discharge.

Q: How to install APP?

A: You can download it by scanning the manual and the QR code on the official website, or you can directly search for “Go Navee” in the app store to download and install it. It supports Android and IOS platforms. Currently supports Android5.0 and above, IOS9.0 and above. Support Bluetooth 4.0 and above.

Q: How to start the NAVEE scooter N65? What needs to be paid attention to?

A: When the speed reaches 4km/h, press and hold the throttle to accelerate. If the speed does not reach 4km/h, the throttle is invalid.
